COVID NOTE: 

The Dallas area has been fully operational during the pandemic 2020. We have received confirmation that venues, hotels, conference centers etc are open and will be going into 2021.

In case this event cannot go on DUE TO COVID, all the registrations will be placed on hold for future dates, if we cannot guarantee any future dates, then refunds will be issued. 

** We are committed to the safety and health of our poets and volunteers, to ensure this we will have all the events, preliminary bouts and finals in a remote location.**

When can I register?

Registration is open now.

Can we register on site? 

Yes, pick up teams (maximum 5 members each) will be welcomed on site on first come first serve basis. 

Who can register?

Any Slam team/venue will be able to compete in the competition. 

Any 5 poets can create a pickup team and compete in the competition.

Is it 1st come 1st served?

Yes, registering early will increase your likelihood of acquiring a slot in the competition.

What is the registration fee?

$500 per team. 

 

Will I be refunded if I don't get in?

No, there will be no refunds.

Any other cancelations, registrations can be transferred to other teams.
